This series consists of Anne Davies's certificates, such as her medical registration certificate, her second professional examination certificates, her second class certificate of merit, and her Scottish universities entrance board certificate. Also includes her MB ChB diploma in Latin, dated 11 July 1945.

This collection is composed of diplomas, certificates, appointments, and honours awarded to William Robertson, Principal of the University of Edinburgh by various institutions and cities. There are also William Robertson's spectacles, and a memberbership certificat belonging to his son, also called William Robertson (1753-1835), who later became Lord Robertson.

This fonds consists mostly of certificates, diplomas, letters, and official documents related to Sir William Turner (1832-1916), to his son William Aldren Turner (1864-1945), and his grandson John William Aldren Turner (1911-1980). It also includes documents related to John Aymers MacDougall (1844-1928), and a significant number of family photographs which seemingly belonged to Arthur Patrick Logan Turner (fl 1940s-1970s).
