One verse has been written over text in the opposite direction on folio 24r. A footnote reads 'Compose[d] by a jealous wrangling pair. Heard only once by the reciter when a girl. Never heard it again. This was in Morar [Mòrar, Siorramachd Inbhir Nis/Inverness-shire] at a wedding. Sung by a man.' The text has...
