Scope and Contents Story about 'Alast[air] mor nam marst' of Boisdale [Baghasdal, Uibhist a Deas/South Uist] probably collected from Duncan MacLellan, clachair [mason], Càrnan/Carnan, Uibhist a Deas/South Uist, telling how he was so small when he was born that it was difficult to deliver him but when he grew up he 'was as big as two men'.
