Statistical call sheets used by LGLS Befrienders to capture statistics and summaries of all calls received.
Each shift is noted on a seperate sheet and a printed table is provided to allow befrienders to tick appropriate boxes to indicate the gender and location of the caller and their reason for calling. Column headings are altered when changing concerns are noted, and a list of headings is provided at each file level.
