ليلی و مجنون Laylá-u Majnūn, 1104 A.H., 1692 C.E.
This is one of the five epic poems on the love of Laylá and Majnūn by Shaykh Jamal al-Dīn Abū Muḥammad Ilyas b. Mu'ayyad Niẓām al-Dīn, "Niẓāmī" of Ganjah, who was born at Qum, 535 A.H. (1140 C.E.), and probably died 599 A.H. (1203 C.E.), though the dates of his death are variously described, 576-607 A.H. (1180-1210 C.E.).

لیلی و مجنون Laylá va Majnūn, undated copy (original text composed 16th cent. C.E.)
One of the most simple and universally esteemed among the numerous Persian poems dealing with the love of Laylá va Majnūn, by Mawlānā 'Abd-allāh, poetically styled "Hātifī," a nephew of the celebrated Persian poet, scholar, and Sufi 'Abd-al-Raḥmān Nūr al-Dī "Jāmī" (d. 898 A.H., 1492 C.E.). The present manuscript was copied at Rashīdabād by by Sayyid 'Iwaz̤ Shamsābādī.
