شقّهائ عالمگير Shuqqahā-yi ‘Ālamgīr, undated (original text compiled 17th-18th cent. C.E.)
A collection of royal letters and notes of Mughal Emperor ‘Ālamgīr (r. 1658 to 1707 C.E.). The letters are addressed to his son Muḥammad A‘ẓam-Shāh (d. 1119 A.H., 1707 C.E.).
مرقومات عبداللّه بن محمد المرواريد Marqūmāt-i ‘Abd-Allāh b. Muḥammad al-Marwārīd, 1023 A.H., 1614 C.E.
A number of letters, etc, written and collected at the request of friends by Khwājah Shihāb al-Dīn, or as he calls himself, ‘Abd-Allāh b. Muḥammad al-Marwārīd (d. 922 A.H., 1516 C.E.), a poet from Kerman, present day Iran, who used the pen name "Bayānī".
مکاتبات علّامی Mukātabāt-i ‘Allāmī, undated
A collection of letters, etc., written by the celebrated Shaykh Abū al-Faz̤l "Allāmī". These were collected soon after the author's death, 1011 A.H., 1602 C.E., by his sister's son, ‘Abd al-Ṣamad b. Afz̤al Muḥammad, and completed, according to the title, which is its chronogram, in 1015 A.H., 1606-1607 C.E.
Copied by Shīw-Bakhsh in the Faṣlī year 1178 (see dating for A.H. and C.E. equivalents).
منشئات برهمن Munshaʼāt-i Brahman, 1185 A.H., 1775 C.E.
A collection of letters written to the Mughal ruler Shāhjahān (r. 1628–1658 C.E.) and other distinguished individuals during his reign, by Chandarbhān (d. 1068 or 1073 A.H., 1657 or 1662 C.E.), poetically named "Brahman". He was for a time a record-writer at the royal court and author of the Chahār-Chaman.
Copied in the Faṣlī year 1179 (see dating for A.H. and C.E. equivalents) by Ṣāhib-Singh of Fatḥpūr (Awadh).
منشئات رنجهور داس Munshaʼāt-i Ranjhūr-Dās, undated
An incomplete collection of letters written by Ranjhūr-Dās (fl. 1732), also called Ranchūr-Dās, son of Ranjīt-Rā who was a Kāyath of Jawnpur. The author states in the preface that he made the selection for his younger son, Rādha-Kishn. The letters are followed by a work apparently on grammar, but with no clear beginning or end.

A collection of letters composed by Shīr ‘Alī, or his more common name 'Shīr-Ḥamlah'. Copied by Shīw-Bakhsh in the Faṣlī year 1178 (see dating for A.H. and C.E. equivalents) at Maḥmūdābād.

This volume contains transcriptions of a collection of 869 letters, dispatches, etc., which were sent to the Nawwāb Vazīr al-Mumālik Sa'adat 'Alī Khān of Oudh by Colonel John Baillie, British Resident at Lucknow, between the 2nd Jumādā I, 1222 A.H. (9th July, 1807 C.E.), and the 28th Zulḥijjah, 1224 A.H. (4th February, 1810 C.E). The contents of these letters are miscellaneous and deal with the affairs of the Ṣūbah of Oudh.
