This manuscript contains an incomplete copy of the Onomasticon by Julius Pollux, a Greek thesaurus of Attic words arrnaged by subject. A report addressed to the strategus of the nome by a public physician, stating that, in accordance with the instructions of the strategus to examine into the cause of death which had taken place and present a report, he had visited the house and seen the body.
The papyrus is written in a very cursive sloping hand.
