Cites an example of two heterosexual partners aged 11 and 15 who were not prosecuted, whilst in the case of the Bolton 7 one man who was just days below the age of 18 was prosecuted. Other examples demonstrate bias and unfairness in cases involving consensual gay sex.

Celebrates the very large majority approving the lowering of the gay age of consent in parliament, despite hateful campaigns opposing it and the challengs ahead when it returns to the House of Lords. Critical of the lack of demonstrations outside parliament by gay rights groups, but welcomed the support form anti Pinochet Chile protesters who voiced examples of the abuse of gay people in their country under the dictator's regime.
