LHB5/6/1-8 give the patient’s number, name, age, sex, residence, disease and any remarks on the case. From LHB5/6/11 the volumes are untitled, are in a notebook format and give the date of admission, number, name, unit number, diagnosis, doctor, ward, arrival time, time seen and departure time. From LHB5/6/24 the volumes are called firstly OPD Registers then Casualty Registers and give date, name, unit number, diagnosis, doctor, operations, ward, arrival time, time...
