Notes, chart and correspondence relating to female patient from Scotland (outside Edinburgh and the Lothians) aged 15 at first examination in 1953. Conditions mentioned include: nystagmus; generalised hypotonia; athetosis; ataxic movements; chorieform movements; and primary degenerative disease of cerebellar tracts. No treatment given.
