He appears to get depressed, works very hard - owns a shop and works over his books until 10pm or later every night. He is married but no family. PC - has a lot of worry and overwork."

Still has short periods of depression when he would like to talk to a psychiatrist - also worries about his cases, thinks he has made wrong diagnoses etc. Had strong guilt feelings."
