Scope and Contents Pocock writes that the only specimens of long and fat-tailed sheep that he knows of in England are at Woburn. He is afraid Ewart will never get hold of an Ovis poli or Ovis ammon, as the Zoological Society has only had one in the course of its history and they are practically unobtainable.
