Biography

James Fraser was a Scottish publisher who founded London literary journal Fraser's Magazine for Town and Country and was editor from 1830 until his death in 1841. He is most known for his publication of Thomas Carlyle's book On Heroes, Hero Worship, and The Heroic in History in 1841.
