Scope and Contents
This appears to be a transcription, perhaps in preparation for a text book or lecture. It is not clear whether these transcriptions were prepared by Mackinnon himself. However, the transcriber has transcribed the manuscript into contemporary Scottish Gaelic orthography, while the original manuscript was written in a unique orthography, perhaps invented by the scribe, and based on English orthrography.
