Two blank cards, that would be issued to subscribers of Lyell's course of lectures, printed and titles 'Lectures on Geology by Charles Lyell Esq. F.R.S.' with a blank space for subscribers name, and giving the first lecture date of Tuesday 7th March at 3 o' clock, and on the reverse, the dates of the subsequent dates. Marked as 'not transferable'. Signed Geo[rge] Hall, a rare record of Hall's signature. Blue card with a red seal.
