Bundle of printed ballads on a variety of contemporary topics. Printers imprints centre on London, and generally in the area of Seven Dials.Most items are single folios, but some are small gatherings of pages. All are printed in black ink on neutral-coloured paper. Volume containing the manuscript minutes of the West Port/Bow Yearly Society, c 1825. The minutes and accounts are largely obscured, owing to the numerous clippings and exceprts pasted in that form a scrapbook of ballads.The broadside clippings, where identified, are all printed between 1831 and 1835. Most are printed in Edinburgh, with 7 printed in Reading, England.The collator of the scrapbook is unknown, but the names of some members of the Yearly Society are...
