The last folios in MS 139, ff. 104r-109r, appear to be a shortened version of the early 14th-century document of canon law, the Constitutiones Clementinae, the 'Clementine Constitutions' produced by Pope Clement V. Given the dating of MS 139 to the early 14th century, such quick dissemination of Clement V's text, evidenced by its presence in this manuscript perhaps attests to its immediate identifiction as an influential document of medieval canon law. The text appearing in MS 139 begins on f. 104r with the words Incip. De Receptis. Abbates..., and ends on f. 109r with vel a jure et sum judiciali strepitu commissa. Expliciunt casus breves constitutionum clementis pape quinti. Deo gracias. There is also a colophon on the same folio, in seemingly the same hand: Bonifacius episcopus servus servorum dei dilectis filiis universis scolaribus parisiensibus comorantibus salutem et appostolicam benedictionem.
