MS 150/ff. 24r-52r contains the constitutions of the Sisters of the order of the Friar Preachers, or Dominicans. There seems to be no doubt that this manuscript was written for the Dominican Convent of Sciennes in Edinburgh.

The text begins on f. 24r with the words Incipiunt constitutiones sororum ordinis predicatorum: Quoniam ex precepto regule jubentur sorores

On f. 52r the text ends: sine licentia magistri ordinis vel prioris provincialis. Tu autem. Finis. Expliciunt constitutiones Sororum ordinis fratrum predicatorum..

One folio (f. 48) is missing from this text.
