Contains eight texts on medicine bound together, in three different hands.
ff. 1r-11r: Graphic depiction of the divisions of the sciences and medicine, and their connections to philosophy
ff. 11v-15v: De Ornatu Mulierum
ff. 16r-19v: Text on phlebotomy
ff. 19v-21r: De sectionibus et cauteriis et ventosis, by Al-Razi
ff. 21r-23v: Treatise on ulcers
ff. 24r-33v: A medical compendium of "Master Salebenus"
ff. 34r-45r: Tract on urine
ff. 45r-55v: Incipit tractatus membrorum particularium et primum de dolore capitis, by an unknown author
The texts are described separately, under the titles described above.
There are three, possibly four different hands of the 13th century.
The ornament consists of plain red capitals with occasional attempts at filigree work.

Custodial History
Probably an English manuscript but with no indications of original ownership. The names of several successive later owners are found. On a vellum fly-leaf is the inscription 1431 Sum liber Robarti Glaspulli cui semper dejunctus ero. Quisquis oberrantem cernis fac deum. On the last end paper in a 17th century hand the name Ex libris Ja. Hutcheson, and the price 37/6. Below the first inscription on the second fly-leaf, in a very minute hand, Samuel Mason, Yarmouth, Norfolk, 1773. This is in the same hand as the description of the contents on the previous fly-leaf, and adding the price 7/6. On the first end paper is a dim inscription, Bibliotheca Naiulasiana [?]. Also, in pencil, '1212'.
