ff. 16-19 of MS 167 contain a short treatise on phlebotomy. The author is unknown, but the texts begins on f. 16r with the words Vene flebotomande ut majorum constat..., and ends on f. 19v with propria maxime cordis.

ff. 16-19 of MS 167 are in the same thirteenth-century hand as the two preceding texts bound in MS 167.
