The text begins on f. 74r with the words Magnifice mi domine singularissime ista est recepta per ordinem sicut expertus fui de aqua; it ends on f. 75r with the words Ideo reiteranda solutio et congelatio ut prius quousque hic effectus apportat me vobis humiliter recommendo.
