Liber de Accidente et Substantia by Ramon Llull, 15th century
Contents
This section contains the Liber de Accidente et Substantia by Ramon Llull. It is a philosophical text, probably originally written around 1313, related to his ideas about accident and substance, which he covers in the Second Figure of the Ars generalis ultima (see previous section).
It starts on f. 12r with an incipit that reads Deus cum tua altissima clemencia, Incipit liber de accidente et substantia. The text itself begins on the same folio with the words Quoniam per plures modos venati sumus. It ends on f. 14v with judicii coram divina trinitate. Ad laudem et honorem dei finivit R. istum librum sive tractatum in civitate Messane mense Octobris a.d. 1313 incarnacionis Dominus Noster Jesus Christus. Amen.
This section is in a similar hand to that of the last part of the previous section (ff. 7r-10v) and the fourth section (ff. 22v-23r). The next section is in a different hand.
