This section contains a version of Cicero’s Somnium Scipionis (The Dream of Scipio). This is the sixth book of Cicero’s De republica.
In this manuscript, this text begins at the bottom of f. 15r with the following incipit: Incipit somnium scipionis a M. T. Cicerone compositum. The text itself starts on f. 15v with the words Cum in africam venissem. It ends on f. 21r with ego a somno solutus sum.
This section is in the same hand as the rest of the manuscript. There are some annotations in another hand.
