This section is titled Nomina Officiorum et Dignitatum Urbis Romae ac Omcialium. It is a text on the officials, functions and institutions of the Roman empire. It could be related to the Mirabilia Romae, a legendary history of Rome.
It begins on f.37v with the words Primo fuerunt reges and ends on f. 43v with senatus ex populo Romano. There are some notes in a different hand after this.
This section is in the same hand as the rest of the manuscript. There are some notes in a different hand, which is similar to that which wrote the notes after the previous section.
