Scope and Contents

Copy of a letter in Latin from Richard II to Adam Easton, Cardinal of England, requesting him again not to interfere with certain benefices held by Edmund Stafford, keeper of the privy seal and dean of York, and John Boor, dean of the chapel of the Household and holder of the benefice of the church at Somersham, and also referring to a bull of pope Urban VI and certain letters from the king’s uncles, the dukes of Lancaster, York and Gloucester.
