Prayer attributed to Pope John XII: it begins on f. 57r with the words Obsecro te Domine Santissime Jesu Christe ut passio tua sit michi virtus and ends on f. 57v with et dulcedo studium et gaudium et desiderium cordis mei nunc et in evum Qui vivis. It is preceded by the rubric Johannes papa xii composuit orationem sequentem et contulit eam devote dicentibus ccc dies indulgentie et remittituntur omnes titubaciones; the rubric continues at the bottom of the page with et negligencias improvise factas in sacro canone.
Second prayer: it begins on f. 57v with the words Gracias tibi ago piissime Deus qui me indignissimum peccatorem dulcissimo corpore et sanguine tuo refecisti and ends on f. 58r with ex toto corde gracias ago te benedico in eternum. Amen.
Third prayer: it begins on f. 58r with the words Eya domine deus meus misericordia mea remitte michi indigno famulo tuo omnia errata mea and ends on f. 59r with et omnia peccata remitte mihi pater misericordissime pro tua pietate. Amen.
Fourth prayer (De beata virgine): on f. 59r, it begins with the words Serenissima et inclita mater domini nostri and ends with indulgere dignetur. Qui vivit.
