Scope and Contents

Copies of "The Medical Review", (formerly The Prescriber) and "Medyckal Tidyngs", a satirical supplement to "Medical News", December 22-29, 1967. The Medical Review was editied by James Burnet and was published in Edinburgh from 3 Howe Street. The review contains articles and avertisements relating to medical treatment and opinion on topics such as cancer, respiratory diseases, cardiology, paediatrics, obstetrics and gynaecology, industrial diseases, urology, and gastro-intestinal diseases.
