Scope and Contents

A pamphlet, written by W. Weyneth (Dentist) (Zurich) titled, "Vivisection Experiments on the Teeth and Jaws of Animals". Issued by the Animal Defence and Anti-Vivisection Society.

The pamphlet contains examples of the experiments carried out on the teeth and jaws of various animals.

One of the pamphlets contains an addition of a newspaper cutting "Special Notice, to dentists and dental students", where the SSPV sent dental students a paper by J. Sim Wallace "The best means of preventing dental decay in man and the uselessness and cruelty of the projected experiments of the International Dental Federation".
