Scope and Contents

Three copies of a letter which was forwarded to Harvey Metcalfe by A.W. Moss, Chief Secretary of the RSPCA. The copied letter is from A.W. Moss to T.I. Hughes of the British Columbia SPCA. The letter regards legislation around the use of animals in scientific and medical experiments and urges the British Columbian branch to resist any changes towards more harm coming to animals, April 1926

Accompanying the letter are booklets from the RSPCA including,
