Two letters addressed to Netta Ivory in 1913 regarding the Bill for the exemption of higher animals from vivisection.

1. A letter from W.M. Graham-Harrison, 15th March 1913. Graham-Harrison says he is unable to present the Bill at Parliament and recommends handing over the Bill to his successor at the Parliamentary Council Office. He also recommends a campaign against Handel Booth due to him putting down the Bill.

2. Letter from A.E.G. Hutton to Netta Ivory, 19th March 1913, saying he has been passed the Bill for the Exemption from Vivisection of the Higher Animals and will draft it for the SSPV. He also asks if it should cover the whole of the UK.
