File 3 (December 1998): draft of the paper in a version dated 19 August 1998, with corrections and formatting by Lisa Ranford-Cartwright on 01 December 1998, with accompanying fax from Sodsri Thaithong;
File 4 (February 1999): two copies of the final version of the paper stamped by the Molecular and Biochemical Parasitology Journal (18 February 1999), with accompanying reviewer's report and editor's letters rejecting the paper.
