This is a small collection of uncoloured crayon lithographs showing political cartoon, signed "HB" (a.k.a. Irish artist John Doyle).

  • No. 171 "Symptomatic of a Gentle Re-action", 20 December 1831 [on the Reform Bill];
  • No. 252 "March of Reform" 28 March, 1833;
  • No. 413 "In the lion's mouth" 7 October, 1835;
  • No. 478 "Fancy Ball - Jim Crow Dance & Chorus", 17 April, 1837;
  • No. 590 "Whist!", 20 May 1839.
All sheets lithographed by A. Ducôté and published by Thomas McLean.
