"There is not much wrong with this man except that he won't work. Was in the army for a number of years, did all right under discipline, but now will do nothing if he can get out of it. Dr says this man suffers from severe dermatitis. Stayed off work but was fined. Actually stayed away because the other men thought he had syphilis - it gave him an inferiority complex. House dirty, 3 rooms for 6."
