Scope and Contents "Patient is an illegitimate child. Mother died when she was 14 years, was easy-going, dropsy. "This patient was in the CR for 2 1/2 years. The notes in her casebook describe her as feeble-minded and apparently suffering from a similar ataxia to the present one. In addition, at that time she passed through a psychotic phase when she was resistive and refused her food. Since then she has been living as a boarded out patient doing simple housework. She is facile, euphoric and lacking insight....
