Scope and Contents Note on Achlasan C[haluim]-Chille [St John's Wort/St Columba's Plant] probably collected from Archibald Currie, aged forty-six, shoemaker, Iocar [Ìochdar], Uibhist a Deas/South Uist describing how it is [collected] 'gun sire[adh] gun iar[raidh]' and 'is scraped ag[ainst] its bark and a crosgag (a ring) is made and placed in the bottom of the milk [boyne].'
