Royal Scottish Museum plans, 1925-1957
Papers copies of the original linen floor plans (60cm x 84cm) for the ground, first floor and roof of the Royal Scottish Museum in Chambers Street in Edinburgh. An elevation to Chambers Street, along with a cross-section are also included.
Scenic drawings of plans for Edinburgh's Grassmarket, 1963
2 coloured architectural scenic drawings (46cm x 73cm) by Alexander Duncan Bell, for the City of Edinburgh Working Party on Major Highway Planning, showing a possible ring-road development and pedestrian areas in the Grassmarket in Edinburgh. The drawings depict traffic, pedestrians, current architecture and modern architecture coexisting. There are also 2 black and white photographic prints of each drawing (13cm x 21cm).
