Scope and Contents Lankester thanks Ewart for the proof of his 'horse paper' and reports that he is setting up a complete skeleton of a Przewalski's horse from Woburn. He asks Ewart to tell Mr Linton to send the Roman horse to him at the British Museum.

Scope and Contents Elwes writes that he is sending Ewart his paper for him to check, and asks him to select some photographs after consulting Eagle Clarke. He is also returning the original application as altered by Wallace, and recommends that Ewart make contact with Carruthers.
