Scope and Contents

Note about Uamh Airi 'n t Sluic, Lochsheilevagh [Uamh Àiridh an t-Sluic, Loch Sheileabhaig, Uibhist a Deas/South Uist] and accompanying diagram noting its location as being close to Caolas Liursay [Caolas Liubharsaigh] surrounded by 'sticky gluey consistent mud' and describing the place in relation to its given name. He states that on arrival he realised they'd been there before 'although we did not know it which is provoking now that it might have saved all this lost bother'.
