Prayer attributed to Pope Sixtus IV (with Indulgence), early 16th century

The prayer is preceded by the rubric Sequentem orationem edidit dominus Sixtus papa quartus et concessit omnibus eam devote legentibus coram ymagine beate marie insole xi annorum indulgentiarum pro qualibet vite, which grants an indulgence to those who recite this prayer in front of an image of the Virgin Mary.
The prayer begins on f. 64r with the words Ave santissima maria mater Dei regina celi porta paradisi and ends on f. 64v with libera me ab omni malo et ora pro peccatis meis. Amen.
