The leaflet contains vivid descriptions of experiments on animals and graphic photographs.

The leaflet was withdrawn from circulation in April 1975.

A pamphlet from the Scottish Tail-Waggers' Club, which has an illustration of a Scottie Dog begging "please help". The leaflet contains details of the club's stance against vivisection and urges members to speak to their members of Parliament of the Prohibition of Vivisection on Dogs (Scotland) Bill.

The catalogue contains lists, descriptions, and illustrations of various tools and apparatus for experimenting on animals.

"Cat's Stolen for Vivisection", written by M Beddow Bayly and published by the SSPV in 1958 (then reprinted in 1962) is a warning to cat owners to keep their cats indoors in order to prevent them being stolen and sold to vivisection labs.

This pamphlet was re-issued in May 1967 and withdrawn May 1972.

"Children in Institutions used as Experimental Material", was published by the British Union for the Abolition of Vivisection in 1935. The pamphlet is about using children for testing immunisation and asks the question, "shall we do evil in the vain hope that good may come?"
