Index cards which show the name of the caller who contacted Switchboard and their corresponding call card number (see GD61/8/1/2 for more information on call cards). Index cards allowed Befrienders to search alphabetically by name to find out if the caller has been in touch before, what call cards relate to their previous calls, any information a Befriender may need to know about the caller, and in some instances provide contact details for the caller.

It begins on f. 4r with the words Tabula collectorum sequentium in isto libro. De absolutione 106, 113, 128, 143; it ends on f. 8v with De unctione extrema 272.
