Copy of an architectural plan (60cm x 78cm) of a planned extension to Willesden Municipal Hospital's nurses home. The is only 1 sheet showing the plans at 1 inch to 8 feet. The architect was the borough engineer, F Wayman Brown and the draftsman Percy Johnson-Marshall.

This was said to be in the time of Athelstane and Carmichael adds a reminder to 'See Leprosey (sic)'. Text has been scored through in pencil.
