Early minutes from meetings held by the SOLAS Steering Committee as well as correspondence relating to the centre. SOLAS was an advice and drop-in centre run by the Edinburgh based HIV and Hepatitis C charity, Waverley Care.
The minutes discuss the proposed aims and objects including who the centre is for and what service it will provide, potential problems such as possible tension between user groups, premises, the structure of the service, and funding.
