File of papers and notes related to the public enquiry into the "New Barbican" development scheme proposed by the New Barbican Committee for the redevelopment of the Barbican area of London. The file includes proofs of evidence submitted to the enquiry, London County Council Architect's Department memoranda and handwritten notes taken during the enquiry.
