List of proverbs and vocabulary. A note written transversely over folio 72r reads 'All preceding sent to Sheriff Nicolson Kirkcudbright Alex. A. Carmichael 2 October 1875 Creagorry'. [Creag Ghoraidh, Beinn na Faoghla/Benbecula]. A similar inscription was written on folio 72v, but was scored out. All folios have been scored through to indicate that they have been transcribed.
